InVitrus media were originally developed for the in vitro maintenance of human T-lymphoma cell lines,mammalian kidney cell lines,and monolayers of primary chicken embryo fibroblasts for viral replication in chemically defined,protein and peptide-free culture environments.The authenticated and certified serum-free cell lines BHK21-InVitrus,COS-1-InVitrus and COS-7-InVitrus available at the European Collection of Animal Cell Cultures(ECACC) can be routinely cultivated and baked with the InVitrus media.
